This Privacy Policy governs your use of our mobile application: Civil Construction Suite (Package: com.moawiahussnain.civilconstructionsuite) and related engineering software created by Engr. Moawia Husnain.

We only collect minimal data necessary for core app functionality:

• User-Provided Data: Project inputs, material quantity estimations, calculation data, and feedback voluntarily provided within the app.
• Device & Technical Information: Non-personally identifiable device metrics (e.g. Android OS version, device model, app crash logs) to optimize app stability across Android devices.
• Local Storage: Calculations and project save data are stored locally on your device or synced securely to your private cloud storage.

2. App Permissions & Usage

Our mobile application requires specific Android permissions strictly to execute requested features:

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used only to send friendly site calculation reminders, project saved alerts, and app update notifications.
• Storage Access (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required only if you choose to export PDF calculation reports or backup project files to your device storage.
• Internet Permission: Required for syncing project data, accessing online civil engineering converters, and checking cloud database updates.
• Camera / File Picker (Optional): Used only when taking or attaching site photos to construction reports.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

BUILDEX does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or project data to third parties. We may utilize standard, policy-compliant Google services strictly for analytics and crash reporting:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics

4. Children's Privacy

Our applications are designed for engineers, students, construction managers, and general users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights

You have the right to request deletion of any data associated with your account or app usage. Since most data in the Civil Construction Suite is stored locally on your device, deleting the app clears all local data. For cloud account deletion, contact us directly at moawiahussnain5@gmail.com.
